STEP 11: Review Your Order Details

Make sure all of your details are correct. There will be two buttons at the bottom of the screen, one gray, one red. Select the RED button on the RIGHT.

STEP 12: Enter Your Credit Card Information

You will now enter your 16-digit credit/debit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on your card, and security code. There is one drop-down box on the form labeled “Payment Method.” There is only one option available in that drop-down menu, select it. There will be two buttons at the bottom of the screen, one gray, one red. Select the RED button on the RIGHT.

STEP 13: Order Confirmation Screen

Once you have completed your order, you come to this confirmation screen. You will also receive an email with your order details.
